B.U.I.L.D. Incubator

Empowering developers to innovate and deliver affordable housing without relying on tax credits.

About the Program

The Bridging Unique Investments to Leverage Development (B.U.I.L.D.) Incubator equips developers with the knowledge, tools, and access to specialized financing to create affordable housing developments without relying on low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). This innovative program provides pathways to bond financing and other funding sources, removing barriers and enabling sustainable impact in communities that need it most.

“Through the B.U.I.L.D. Incubator, I gained the tools and confidence to refine my pitch, anticipate investor questions, and better position our deals. The experience strengthened my strategy and prepared me to pursue equity and lending partners with a much clearer understanding of the process.”
– Alicia Matricardi
