System Requirements. The following are the minimum hardware and software required to enable you to do business with The Center and use Lendistry’s online portal for the Program:

| Complete the security verification step required to access Lendistry’s online portal: | Access to a mobile device that accepts SMS/Text messages. |
| Complete the identity verification section of the application: | Access to an electronic device capable of accessing the Internet and an Internet Browser software program capable of taking photos in real time. |
| Open and read most Documents: | A PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader Xpdf® or Foxit® or similar software. |
| Complete required forms by hand: | Access to a printer and a scanner (or other device capable of capturing and converting completed documents to a PDF). |
If these requirements change while you are maintaining an active relationship with The Center, and the change creates a material risk that you may not be able to receive Documents electronically, The Center will notify you of these changes.
Withdrawal of E-Consent. You are free to withdraw this E-Consent at any time and at no charge. However, if you withdraw this E-Consent before receiving a grant under the Program, such withdrawal may prevent you from obtaining services
If at any time you wish to withdraw this E-Consent, please send us your written request by email to [email protected], or by mail to The Center for Strategic Economic Studies and Institutional Development, Inc., 767 S. Alameda St., Suite 340, Los Angeles, CA 90021 with the details of such request. If you decide to withdraw this E-Consent, the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Documents will not be affected.
Updating Your Contact Information. You should keep us informed of any change in your electronic address or mailing address. You may update such information through your online profile settings. You may also send us your written update by mail to our address above, or by calling us at any toll-free number we provide to you directly or on lacountyrelieffund.com.
